  1. Collision

From the recording No Pardon EP

This piece was written after a car accident in December 2015. It is a testimony to the overwhelming moment of stepping out of the wreck after the accident, and finding out that somehow, miraculously, everyone is still standing.

Lyrics

Vice grip hold
Impact -- fold
Suddenly everything slowed

All thoughts to the periphery
No illusion of control

Siren
Dissonant horizon
Guess you never really know

Who you been
Yes, that's your decision
Some love is a barrel roll

All contained
A little bit strained
Exhausted by the manifold

Just hook me up to your oscilloscope
can you check the resonance in my soul?

Siren
Dissonant horizon
Guess you never really know

Who you been
Yes, that's your decision
Some love is a barrel roll

Who I am
Who I was
Flipped so tidy in the turnaround

Smoking steel on a Gilroy field
Four hearts beating, eight feet on the ground
Four hearts beating, eight feet on the ground
Four hearts beating, eight feet on the ground
